Best Home Care is an agency directed by nurses who have extensive experience in home health and community health care. Our trained clinicians work with clients to identify needs, provide support, and refer to appropriate services.
Best Home Care was founded over 20 years ago and is accredited by the Home Care Alliance of MA and meets all the standards and state requirements in MA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Part-Time position working 20-25 hours a week.

Meet with new clients and caregivers to educate them about our services.

Develop Care Plans that meet the needs of clients.

Introduce Home Care Aides to new cases.

Teach Home Care Aides skills and tasks that are new or unfamiliar.

Introduce new or renewed personal care plans to clients and caregivers.

Recognize Home Care Aides strengths and weaknesses to help scheduling coordinators and managers utilize the best caregivers for each client.

Assess the compatibility of Home Care Aides and clients and discuss any recommendations for changes with managers and scheduling coordinators.

Provide skilled nursing care to assigned clients.

Conduct Home Care Aide supervisory visits.
We are looking for a team player with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the health care industry, a minimum of 1-year of experience within the Home Health industry is required.
